Arrival in Delhi. A warm welcome by our representative and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi - Varanasi
A complete day to feel the Indian capital city as you tour - the Qutab Minar, drive pass through India Gate, and the Rashtrapati Bhawan, the Red Fort and the famous bazaars of Chandni Chowk. Time permitting also visit Raj Ghat -the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. Evening transfer to Railway station to connect train to Varanasi. Overnight on board.
Day 03: Arrival- Varanasi
On arrival transfer to hotel. In the afternoon guided excursion to Sarnath (10 kms) - Lord Buddha gave his first sermon here after enlightenment. See the Chowkandi and Dhamek Stupas, the Mahabodhi temple, the Tibetan Temple and the Sarnath Museum. Overnight in Varanasi.
Day 04: Varanasi
Boat ride at dawn down India's most sacred river, the Ganges. After breakfast, guided city tour of Varanasi. Visit the Benaras Hindu University, the Bharat Kala Bhavan, the Bharat Mata and Durga Temple and the Vishwanath temple. Afternoon is free to relax. Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 05: Varanasi - Khajuraho
Morning fly to Khajuraho. On arrival transfer to hotel. In the afternoon visit the Western group of temples created by the Chandela kings (925 AD), the Khajuraho Temples, famous for its erotic sculptures. Visit the Kandariya Mahadeo temple, the Chausat Yogini temple, the Chitragupta temple, the Parsvanath temple, the Duladeo temple and the Chaturbhuj temple. Overnight in Khajuraho.
Day 06: Khajuraho - Orcha - Jhansi - Agra
Morning drive to Jhansi Railway Station. Enroute visit the famous Orchha temples built by Chandela Rulers. Connect train from Jhansi Railway Station, train # 2001 New Delhi Shatabdi Express dep. Jhansi at 17:56 hrs. arr. Agra at 20:22 hrs. On arrival transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 07: Agra
After breakfast city tour of Agra, which was once the capital of Mughal India, and centre of great power and glory, visit world famous "Taj Mahal" the monument of love immortalized in marble. It was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his Queen Mumtaj. Agra Fort dominated by red sandstone construction & houses the beautiful Pearl Mosque and other noteworthy structures & Itmad-ud-Daula. Overnight at hotel. (Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays)
Day 08: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
After breakfast drive to Jaipur (approx 232 kms. 5 hrs. drive) en route visit Fatehpur Sikri built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 yrs. due to scarcity of water. Predominately, a red sandstone construction sprawling over a huge area, the architectural style is very much in tune with emperor's dream & partakes of both Hindu & Muslim styles. See the graceful buildings including jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch mahal & other places. On arrival at Jaipur transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 09: Jaipur
Wake up in the picturesque Pink City of fairy tale palaces and rugged fortresses. Visit the Amber Fort. Ride an elephant to ascend the hill on which the Fort is situated. In the afternoon enjoy a guided city tour of Jaipur. Visit the City Palace and Jantar Mantar - the famous stone observatory. Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 10: Jaipur - Mandawa
Drive to the medieval town of Mandawa (180 kmss / 4 hrs), known for its colourful, exquisitely carved Havelis with beautiful frescoes. On arrival, check in at hotel. Later visit the nearby villages to see the lavish havelis. Overnight in Mandawa.
Day 11: Mandawa - Bikaner
In the morning drive to Bikaner (150 kms / 4 hrs), the royal fortified city, renowned for the best riding camels in the world. Visit the Junagarh Fort, built in 1593 AD by Raj Rai Singh. It has 37 palaces with pavilions, mosaic courtyards, carved balconies, kiosks and windows. The Fort museum has a rare collection of Sanskrit and Persian manuscripts and miniature paintings. Overnight in Bikaner.
Day 12: Bikaner - Deshnoke - Jaisalmer
Early Morning drive to Jaisalmer (331 kms / 7 hrs) en route visit the 600 year old Karni Mata or the rat temple at Deshnoke (30 kms). Drive through the Thar Desert to arrive at Jaisalmer late in the evening. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight in Jaisalmer.
Day 13: Jaisalmer
Today explore the city of Jaisalmer, that rises from the Thar Desert like a golden mirage. Experience the city palace, havelies, temples and typical desert life of men, women, cattle and camels. Visit the Jaisalmer fort and enjoy a jeep safari through remote desert villages of Roopsi, Doojasar, Kanoi, Kuldara and the Cenotaphs of Barabagh. In the afternoon take a short camel safari in the Thar Desert to see sunset. Ovenight in Jaisalmer.
Day 14: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur (Approx 290 Kms. / 6 hrs. drive)
Early morning drive to Jodhpur and on arrival check-in at hotel. Enjoy a city tour in the afternoon. Visit the Mehrangarh fort that soars 125 mts. above the plains. Overnight in Jodhpur.
Day 15: Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur
In the morning drive to Udaipur {259 kms / 5 hrs), en route visit the 500 years old Jain Temple complex in Ranakpur with 29 halls supported by 1444 pillars, of which no two are exactly alike. On arrival in Udaipur, check in at hotel. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 16: Udaipur
A guided city tour of Udaipur includes City Palace over lake Pichola, Bharatiya Lok Kala Museum and Saheliyon-ki-bari / "Ladies Garden", with its foliage and intricately designed fountains. Afternoon is free. (Optional: Enjoy a Boat cruise on lake Pichola, on which lake Palace Hotel and the Jagmandir is situated). Overnight in Udaipur.
Day 17: Udaipur - Mumbai
Morning transfer to airport to connect flight to Mumbai. On arrival in Mumbai, transfer to hotel. Afternoon guided city tour of Mumbai includes Jain Temple, Kamala Nehru Park, Hanging Gardens, Towers of Silence, Mani Bhavan where Mahatma Gandhi spent 17 years of his life and Prince of Wales Museum.
Day 18: Depart Mumbai
Morning take a motor launch from the Gateway of India to the Elephanta Caves. Afternoon free for independent activities. Later transfer to airport to connect flight for onward destination.
